Monterey Wine Country is located less than an hour south of California’s famous Silicon Valley, yet thousands of miles away in so many respects.

Our Monterey Chardonnay exhibits all the elegant attributes of wines from this region. It was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks. Some exposure to oak gives the wine just a hint of butterscotch aromas that complement the ripe apple and pear notes on the nose.The extended growing season and cool evenings in Monterey allow for the development of ripe fruit flavors that are balanced by fresh acidity. On the palate, bright pear and apple flavors are restrained by a hint of toasty oak, good minerality and a clean, crisp finish.
